Zen out, turn on your favorite show on Netflix, and whip out that adult coloring book. You will feel a difference right away!
Do you have a bunch of old photos and postcards lying around that you never wanted to get rid of, yet never knew what to do with? Making a scrapbook is the perfect way to calm your nerves, reminisce on the old days, and actually put use to all of old things you had lying around y0ur house.
3. Knitting or Crocheting
Knitting and crocheting is not just for grandmothers! Honestly, once you get the hang of it, both knitting and crocheting are extremely addicting and fun. The best part is, you will relieve stress and could also potentially find something you are really good at, which always feels amazing.
4. Wine Cork Bulletin Board
Do you love your wine? Who doesn't! Many wine lovers also love to keep their corks, but none of us really know why. We have it figured it out, create a cork bulletin board, of course. Pick up a shadowbox or heavy duty piece of wood and superglue, and then glue the corks into the shadowbox or wood, and you will create something beautiful. You will need at least 200 corks, so keep drinking!

If you have a box with photos, perhaps organize the photos and decorate the box that reflects the time period the photos are from.
