Time seems to be the number one reason many women don't do their makeup. When I'm sporting a full face of makeup, someone always asks me how long it took to apply. While it often does take a good amount of time to complete a full face, it really doesn't have to. An awesome look can be achieved in under five minutes simply by focusing on one or two features. Because you'll be keeping your makeup relatively simple, you'll be able to pair it with anything in your closet as well. Both makeup beginners and pros can cut down on time by using these five quick and easy looks!
1. Bring out the brows!

Focus on your gorgeous eyes by going big on the brows. Follow that up with brown eyeshadow on your eyelids and smudged under your lower lashes. Add a nude lip to keep the attention on the top half of your gorgeous face. Full brows, nude lips, can't lose.
2. A colorful waterline

This look is simultaneously so easy and so glam. Use a colorful pencil liner to fill in your waterline. Purples, greens, blues, and metallics are perfect choices to make you eyes pop. Swipe mascara over your top lashes to make your eyes look bigger and show off the color even more. You will be showered in compliments on your unique look all day, and no one will have to know it only took you a few second.
3. Red lips and huge lashes

If you're looking for a put-together look that won't take up half your morning, all you'll need is bright red lipstick, blush, and the best mascara in your arsenal. Apply your lipstick and several coats of mascara. Afterwards, apply a small amount of blush to the apple of your cheeks to avoid the red lips and dramatic eyes from washing out the rest of your pretty face.
4. A quick flick

This youthful and cute look could be paired with any outfit and hairstyle. Create a small cat eye by drawing the flick first, and then working backwards. Apply pink blush and pair it with a pink, or even clear, lip gloss. You'll look fresh all day with this simple look.
5. Very vampy lips

Looking to go more dramatic with your quick look? Grab an oxblood or dark berry lipstick. After applying your lipstick, tightline your eyes using a flat liner brush and gel liner. Press and wiggle the liner into the roots of your lashes and voila! Your eyes will still pop without distracting from the darkness of your lips. Add a coat of mascara and you're out the door! This post was originally published on From My Lips
