Your hair is highly unlikely to split in the middle of the strand -- possible, but unlikely -- but the first place it’s going to start breaking and splitting is the ends. If you’re not trying to grow your hair out, split ends might not even be a problem for you, however, as time passes, those ends will keep splitting all the way up your hair strands, leaving you with messy-looking, rough ends and hair that breaks faster than it grows!
Get a massage
The most overlooked part of a massage is your scalp. Massaging your scalp will stimulate blood flow to your hair follicles, which, in turn, will stimulate hair growth as well as the production of healthy natural oils that keep your hair hydrated. Not only is it a relaxing way to take care of yourself, but giving your scalp a massage is a quick and easy task to add to your routine. Simply apply your chosen oil or conditioner and massage in a circular motion for 3 to 5 minutes!
